Brand-new extremely pleasant rooms with great views, and a well-stocked mini bar, a Nespresso machine, and coffee facilities. Fantastic, favourable location to the Victoria square. And close enough to restaurant-hotel policy, a rush-areas and the cathedral quarter's bars and the cathedral quarter's nightlife.

Unique afternoon tea experience, Industrial aesthetic, Engaging dining atmosphere
The rooms need attention with too much heat without reliable air conditioning!!! The Wi-Fi struggles. Please, address the cleanliness and maintenance issues for a better experience!!!

Good staff, good breakfast, with a free welcome drink, made our stay nice while being just a 10-minute walk from the SSE Arena.

Good location. In the evening in the restaurant there was very good cuisine and nice staff
Breakfast was very poor. A slice of toast and who wanted more had to address the staff. One egg or part of the English breakfast costs extra. Bowls for yoghurt were not available and food was very slowly refilled.

The bed was super comfy, and I loved the stylish decor. The bathroom had a fantastic rainfall shower, a good way to unwind after a long day. The location was perfect for visiting local bars and restaurants.
The restaurant menu could have been more exciting.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the attentive staff. They even helped me with my suitcases during my first stay. Don't miss out on the welcome drink! I'm coming back for a holiday.

The hotels location was excellent for my reason to visit Belfast. All the staff were very helpful & informative when required.
I think there should be some notification about whether a room is located on the front of the building to those overlooking the rear where there is a loading bay & bins. Paying full price for the latter seems unfair. I was a little diappointed with this although would not have asked to be moved as there had already been a problem with my booking.

Super central location, everything you need within walking distance, the breakfast was very good, very accommodating staff (were able to hand in the bags at noon, and we were informed by phone when the room was ready). We were given a discount on a bar menu. Therefore the price for breakfast was ok. I would love to come here again, great property! And Belfast positively surprised us. We'll definitely come back.
